Issue:
Needing to move network licenses from one server to another.
Solution:
Transitioning the ECE License Manager/Licenses to a new server is fairly straightforward, but changes need to happen on both the licensing servers and the client machines.
Existing Licensing Server
On the active licensing server, you'll need to deactivate the Network license:
New License Server
On the new license server, you'll need to install the ECE License Manager and activate the Network license.
Client Machines
The client machines will need to be reconfigured to point at the new licensing server.
Note: If this is an in-place upgrade on the same server IP/name, you can skip this step.
